eConsult Update

Following unprecedented demand and patient feedback regarding eConsult, we have made the difficult decision to place a limit on the number of forms that can be submitted daily.

This measure will be in place temporarily to allow our service to recover the standards that our patients deserve, whilst we further review our processes to ensure we can meet the patient demand in the long term.

Should the limit be reached, you will asked to resubmit your form the next working day – if your query is urgent, please ring the surgery as normal and we will do our best to help you.

However, please be aware Reception will be unable to offer routine appointments when eConsult has been closed.
