The Practice has taken the decision to share the responses from feedback from patients who have received care from the group on a monthly basis to try and showcase the good work that is being done by the staff here.
As such, please see above two graphs showing the responses received in the year to date.
Over 90% of feedback received this tax year is regarded as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ – with over 5700 responses received.
We will continue to share this data monthly to help be more open with our patients about the feedback we are receiving and any actions we are taking as a result.
